Meet Our People

Meet Our PeopleChristine Eley, MS
Health Educator
Kronos Optimal Health Company

Some people like data, and others like people, but Christine Eley is a unique combination of the two.

As a health educator for Kronos Optimal Health Company, Christine helps tailor Kronos at Work programs for employers. Her greatest satisfaction, though, comes from health coaching.

“It’s so rewarding to see the lifestyle changes people have made to reduce their health risks,” she says, “But I also like to see the big-picture numbers improve for each workplace.”

Christine’s love for data and research also shows when she talks about Kronos’ mission and corporate wellness.

“Kronos has done a lot of research on longevity – helping people live longer and disease-free. Everything we teach is backed by research,” she says. “It’s great to be an ambassador for that.”

Even though she does her best to walk the talk – she hikes and rock climbs in her spare time – Christine understands what people go through.

“I try to be a role model,” she says, “but I’m human. Some days, I don’t want to exercise either, so I can empathize. But I do believe that with the right tools everyone can be successful.”

Previously, Christine was a health program manager for the Arizona Department of Health Services Physical Activity Program. She coordinated a youth physical activity program as well as its adult counterpart, implemented physical activity training and education for the county health departments, and led the state coalition Active Arizona for Life. Prior to that, Christine was the program manager for Club One Professional Services and Motorola Computer Group, where she developed curriculum and implemented and evaluated services for the entire Motorola Wellness program in North America.

Christine earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Physical Education, with an emphasis on Wellness, and a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University.
