Food is so important that what you do and don’t eat makes all the difference in your health. You truly “are what you eat” – your body has to use what you give it to make new skin cells, support immune function, repair organs, maintain blood vessels and help every body part work properly.

The Kronos Nutrition management program demystifies eating healthy by giving you simple guidelines to add more nutrient-dense foods into your daily diet. We steer you away from counting calories, unhealthy diets and nutrition myths and toward proven strategies for maintaining health through nutrient-dense foods. Most importantly, you'll receive the necessary tips, tools and resources to help your family eat healthier as well.

The course, held at a worksite or via the Web and led by a Kronos Health Educator, is designed to educate and motivate you to nourish your body with healthy, satisfying nutrient-dense foods. By learning these proven nutritional guidelines, choosing healthy portions and applying practical shopping and cooking tips, you can begin to develop healthy eating habits that last a lifetime.
